Products

Wafers.pk makes every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or natural material differences, and do not constitute a defect.

Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed once placed through the website. Cash on delivery is available on all orders within Pakistan, with payment collected by the delivery rider at the time of delivery. Orders may be canceled or declined at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud, repeated failed deliveries, or incorrect order information.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of order confirmation are the prices that apply to that order.

Shipping

Delivery is handled according to the Shipping Policy, including delivery timelines and charges. Wafers.pk is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its control, including courier disruptions, weather, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Returns and replacements

Returns and replacements are handled according to the Returns & Refunds Policy. Wafers.pk offers replacements rather than monetary refunds, subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in that policy.

Intellectual property

All content on Wafers.pk, including product photography, branding, logos, and written content, is the property of Wafers.pk and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

Wafers.pk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or website, beyond the value of the order placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
