Shipping Policy

Wafers.pk delivers across Pakistan with a standard delivery time of 3 to 4 working days from the date the order is placed. This policy explains how orders are processed, what delivery costs, and what to expect once an order is placed.

Delivery charges

A flat delivery charge of PKR 150 applies to all orders, regardless of order size or destination city within Pakistan. There are no hidden fees added at checkout or on delivery beyond this flat rate.

Order processing

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is prepared and handed over to our delivery partner. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 3 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination city. Major cities are generally on the faster end of this window, while more remote areas may take slightly longer. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order tracking

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with the customer so the delivery can be followed until it arrives.

Delays

While every effort is made to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, high order volume, or public holidays. If a delay beyond the standard window is expected, Wafers.pk will reach out to keep the customer informed.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on all orders within Pakistan. Payment is collected by the delivery rider directly at the time of delivery, no advance payment is required for cash on delivery orders.

Failed or missed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unreachable or unavailable, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or contact the customer to arrange a suitable time. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the order being returned.
